Bathroom Design and Fitting
They needed a complete refit of their small bathroom which had a shower over the bath. A home survey was completed to help the customers choose the most appropriate fixtures and fittings to make the most of the limited room available.
Work commenced with the bathroom being completely stripped of the original sanitary fittings, flooring and tiling. Once this had been done the new pipework and electrics were installed ready for the new bath, toilet, sink, and shower. Customers had also opted to have a LED lit mirror fitted above the basin unit. This mirror unit also has a shaver point.
The electric shower is by Mira and is the Sport model. The Ocean bath, toilet pan and basin are from Tavistock Bathrooms. The basin unit is also from Tavistock Bathrooms and is excellent for a small space and has the added bonus of two storage drawers under the basin instead of a pedestal.
To finish the bathroom refitting we fitted a chrome towel rail, toilet roll holder, and towel ring. The room was also fully re-tiled and the flooring replaced. The finished room has really transformed our customers’ property and they are really pleased with their updated room which looks good and has fixtures that are a joy to use.
