Next an agreement was made on the costs involved to supply and fit the fire and fireplace and these included removing and disposing of the old fire and fireplace and supplying the new fire, fireplace and hearth. Additionally, if necessary, making good the plaster around the fireplace and any pipework for the gas supply.
Once the old fire and fire surround had been removed, our engineer installed the new Amorina white micro marble fire surround and a Chollerton gas inset fire.
‘The 22″ Chollerton gas fire is a widescreen glass-fronted fire, providing an impressive 88% efficiency and maximum heat output of 4.4kW. Available with a choice of trim finishes including Brass, Chrome, Nickel and Brushed Steel with an Anthracite profiled edge, the Chollerton provides a panoramic vision of dancing flames.
